Accounts and sign-in

Supabase stores accounts and sign-in sessions. Google and Discord provide your account ID, email, and basic profile details such as name or avatar. We request identity and email access. The community shows a friendly alias, not your email or provider profile.

Session cookies keep this browser signed in. Signing out clears its session. Creating an account does not join the launch mailing list.

Conversations and moderation

Supabase stores messages, author IDs, times, blocks, reports, and match membership. Members can read lobby chat. Match chat is limited to its two players. Trusted administrators can access records for moderation.

You can remove your messages, report messages, and block players. Removed messages stay in the private moderation record. Reports and block lists are private.

Optional launch updates

Joining the list records your email, signup time, and checkbox consent for news, testing invitations, and launch updates. Account email is separate. You do not need to subscribe to use an account.

A new signup requests a confirmation email when delivery is enabled. Open its link and choose “Confirm my email”. Opening the link alone does nothing. Only confirmed addresses qualify for updates.

Use the email’s unsubscribe link to stop updates. We keep your unsubscribe choice; signing up again does not reactivate it. Unsubscribing does not delete your account. We do not sell the list or share it with advertisers.

Email delivery and service providers

Vercel hosts Hubteki. Supabase provides authentication and storage. Resend sends requested sign-in links and launch-list confirmations. These providers process addresses and messages for delivery and may keep operational logs under their own policies.

hello@hubteki.com is a sending address. A support inbox is not set up yet.

Browser storage and request protection

Deck drafts and saves stay in your browser. When matchmaking opens, joining its queue uploads the chosen deck for validation and private match setup. The lobby does not share your deck list with opponents.

To limit repeated signups, we keep a network-address hash for up to seven days. The waitlist does not store the raw address.

Remove your launch signup

Your original signup browser saves a private receipt. Use it below to remove that signup or request another confirmation. Resends apply to eligible pending signups, once an hour. A repeat signup does not replace the original receipt or reactivate an unsubscribed address.

These controls affect the mailing list, not your account or chat. Account deletion is not available yet.
